WHAT IS A SEMI-CUSTOM HOME?

Although our homes are made of brick, the dimensions are not etched in stone.

A Gallagher & Henry semi-custom home begins with one of our many, tried-and-true quality floor plans. As you visit a model you will undoubtedly notice the elegant brick exterior and the generous use of oak inside, but you will certainly have ideas of your own. When your home is complete, we want you to have a residence that is an expression of your own family's personality and lifestyle.

When you buy a Gallagher and Henry house, it’s our job to make it your home. That’s why we offer so many choices and options. If you need a larger family room, we’ll make it bigger. If more closet space is a must, no problem. And if a three-car garage is what you’ve always wanted, that’s what you’ll get. We also offer a variety of finishes and upgrades to make your home as individual as you, while still fitting your budget. And rest assured, all of our homes are built the exact same way that we’ve built our reputation. With uncompromising quality.

Be sure to talk to your Gallagher & Henry sales representative about changes you'd like to make to your floorplan.

Below are a number of frequent customizations that we have made for our new homebuyers in the past.

  • Expanding dimensions of rooms within a floorplan
  • Relocating walls within a floorplan

  • Larger basements
  • Deeper basements
  • Basement plumbing rough-in for future bathrooms
  • 9 foot ceilings
