Kingston Hills Celebrates Grand Opening of Townhomes in a Grand Manner
Apr 25, 2005 - It’s often said that spring showers bring May flowers… but spring showers didn’t dampen the spirits for homebuyers at Kingston Hills in Homer Glen. Many arrived early to celebrate the grand opening and visit the new professionally decorated town home models.
“These townhomes are special and our sales reflect just how special they are. We’ve sold 50% of these townhomes in the first two days of our grand opening and most of these sales were produced as a direct result of Gallagher & Henry’s reputation for high quality construction in a great location,” said Alice Burgston, sales manager for Kingston Hills.
Newlyweds, and first-time homebuyers, Kristen Benes and Chris Perez of Oak Forest arrived early in the morning. They have been waiting to purchase their home for some time after reading a newspaper article stating that these townhomes were going to be built in Kingston Hills. The young couple wanted to purchase a Gallagher & Henry home and they also wanted a virtually maintenance-free lifestyle. They found that the Dalton model, a two-story, three bedroom, 2-˝ bath home is the answer to their dreams.
Leslie Volpi and son Mike, of Crest Hill, were also early arrivals. Leslie was attracted to Kingston Hills because of Gallagher & Henry’s unrivaled reputation for building quality housing in the best locations. They like the quiet charm of the area and the easy access to shopping and recreation. The Volpi family selected the Addison model, which includes three bedrooms, a loft, 2-˝ baths and a first-floor master suite.
Four professionally decorated townhomes that range from approximately 1,739 to 2,235 square feet of living area are now open for viewing. The two-story designs include two bedrooms with a loft, two bedrooms with a family room, a three-bedroom plan, or three bedrooms with a loft. One of the outstanding floor plans offered will feature a first floor master bedroom suite. The townhomes are priced from the $230’s.
Gallagher & Henry fills each home with exciting amenities. Brick is featured all around the building’s first floor elevations. Each townhome includes a basement, two-car garage, central air-conditioning, paver brick patio, oak trim and doors, ceramic tile in the foyer, bathroom floors and tub surrounds, quality wood cabinets, architectural roof shingles, underground sprinkler system and much more.
Kingston Hills is an upscale southwest suburban community with all of the charm of a quiet country environment; yet, it is within minutes of shopping, churches, recreation, Metra transportation and major highways. An on-site community park and a biking/walking trail offer fun and recreation for the entire family.
