G&H Offers 3-2-1 Interest Rate Buy Down

Gallagher and Henry has teamed with its longtime associate, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, to unveil a builder-paid 3-2-1 temporary interest rate buy down program. The special program can be applied to any of the homebuilder’s model and spec homes in Southland communities such as Orland Park, Tinley Park, Homer Glen, and Palos Park. Through January 11, 2009, Gallagher and Henry will spearhead the collection drive to support Together We Cope’s mission of assisting, advocating, and empowering local residents in need of life’s basic necessities. Items in need include pasta, cereal, canned juices, peanut butter, jelly, canned fruits and vegetables, kid snacks, baby products, laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, and diapers.
