Sales Underway in 3rd Condo Building at Farmingdale Village

With brisk condominium sales underway in buildings one and two at Farmingdale Village in Woodridge, builder, Gallagher and Henry, has released homes in building three for sale.

According to sales manager Ray Dahl, a combination of factors have contributed to buyer enthusiasm at Farmingdale Village Condominiums.

"All brick buildings, heated underground parking, storage space and elevator access have all contributed to the success at Farmingdale Village," Dahl said.
"In addition, the buildings consist of only16 homes per building and four homes per floor which our buyers really appreciate. Each home is a corner unit offering maximum sunlight and privacy. And, beyond the homes themselves, the area is a real draw for buyers. Farmingdale Village is an established Gallagher and Henry community consisting of semi-custom single-family homes, priced from the $390,000s, and maintenance-free condominiums.
