Townhomes with 30 to 45 day delivery now available at Kingston Hills

Looking to be settled into a new maintenance-free townhome before the first leaf drops to the ground this fall? Then you'll want to visit Kingston Hills in Homer Glen where builder, Gallagher and Henry, has seven remaining townhomes all available with 30-45 day delivery.

According to Kingston Hills sales manager, Alice Burgston, the seven townhomes allow buyers the opportunity to customize the interiors and still be settled in by early fall.

"The townhomes for 30 to 45 day delivery are at the drywall phase which still gives buyers the opportunity to select interior finishes such as flooring, cabinetry and lighting," Burgston said. "One of these homes offers a lookout basement and several of the homes back to a picture-perfect pond. All four of our floor plans are represented and include basements, two-car garages, brick paver patios and underground sprinkler systems."

Located on 151st Street just west of LaGrange Road, Kingston Hills is a community of semi-custom single-family homes and townhomes. Both two-story and ranch-style single-family homes are offered ranging from 2,000 to over 3,400 square feet in size and priced from the $390,000s. The remaining townhomes are priced from the $270,000s and offer two to three bedrooms, lofts per plan, and a maintenance-free environment. Four professionally-decorated townhome models are open for touring.

"The four townhome floor plans have appealed to a diverse cross-section of buyers at Kingston Hills, which is why only seven of the original 56 townhomes remain," Burgston said. "Empty-nesters, newlyweds, suddenly-singles and young, single professionals have gravitated to the superior location, custom home experience and maintenance-free environment offered at Kingston Hills."

Buyers can choose from the following townhomes for 30-45 day delivery:

The Beldon: A three bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome with lookout basement, deck and stairs priced at $279,325. Highlights include a large living room with volume ceiling; charming kitchen open to the formal dining room; and master bedroom with large walk-in closet and private bath.

The Dalton: There are two Dalton designs available and both include three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, premium homesite, family room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling in the master bedroom. Additional floor plan highlights include a formal living room with bay window and volume ceiling; formal dining room; eat-in kitchen open to the family room; master bedroom suite with large walk-in closet and private bath; and convenient second-floor laundry room. One of the Dalton plans is priced at $296,571 while to other is priced at $312,950.

The Clayton: Three Clayton floor plans are offered all priced at $285,200. All three of the homes are on premium homesites and include two bedrooms and a loft, 2 ½ baths, and master bedrooms with cathedral ceilings. Highlights of the Clayton plan include a large eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, living room with volume ceiling, and a master bedroom suite with his-and-hers walk-in closets and private bath.

The Addison: One Addison is offered with three bedrooms and a loft, 2 ½ baths, premium homesite, living room with fireplace and is priced at $322,150. Highlights of this plan include a first-floor master bedroom suite with his-and-hers walk-in closets and private luxury bath with corner soaking tub and separate shower; kitchen with octagon-shaped breakfast room; large living room and adjoining dining room with volume ceiling; and two upstairs bedrooms with walk-in closets.

Standard features included in all Kingston Hills townhomes are face brick on all four sides of the first floor; fully-landscaped homesites with built-in sprinkler system; 10-by-10 paver brick patio; kitchens with gas ranges, dishwashers and disposals; baths with ceramic tile flooring, quality wood vanities and cultured marble vanity tops; choice of wall-to-wall carpeting; oak trim and doors; full basements; central air conditioning; attached two-car garages; and energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace.

Part of the allure of Kingston Hills is the ultra-convenient location. Minutes from I-80 and I-55, Kingston Hills will also benefit from the I-355 extension which will be completed in Spring of 2008 and include a Homer Glen exit. Two Metra Stations are also nearby.
