Aug 8, 2005 - Gallagher & Henry has unveiled plans to open a new phase of choice homesites at Radcliffe Place, a prestigious development in Tinley Park, Il. Construction crews are busy developing the land for these homesites, which should be available for sale this fall.
Radcliffe Place, an upscale single-family home community in Tinley Park, is the perfect environment for raising families. The schools are excellent. School age children will attend Millennium School District No. 140, Prairie View Jr. High and Andrew High School.
"This family-friendly community is a great place to raise a family and it's close to everything. It's only minutes to churches, shopping, recreation, major highways and Metra transportation," said Jennifer Lasak and Victor A. Plastiak, sales managers at Radcliffe Place.
Priced from the mid $300's, Radcliffe Place offers buyers a diverse collection of fifteen exceptional single family plans, including sprawling one-level ranch homes, multi-level models and classic two-story designs.
This executive-style home captures the essence of old-world elegance but has American-bred comfort and class. The home features four bedrooms, first-floor study/library, 2-½ baths (third bath plan optional), two-story foyer and living room, nine-foot ceilings, three-car garage and full basement.
All aspects of this home, traditionally styled, elegantly crafted and uniquely Gallagher & Henry, aims to create a warm, inviting and nurturing environment from the moment you enter the soaring, two-story foyer.
The floor plan, designed for family living and formal entertaining, features a bright two-story living room, which flows seamlessly into the formal dining room, which is highlighted with a dramatic tray ceiling.
The large airy kitchen and breakfast area, with natural light streaming through a sliding glass door, includes a twin-sink workstation on the peninsula. The family room, situated just off the kitchen, measures a vast 10'6x15'. A first-floor study/home office, laundry room and powder room complete the main level plan.
Located upstairs, privately tucked away from the active part of the house, are four bedrooms, two full baths, large loft and a balcony. The step-down master bedroom suite is private, regal and relaxing. It is highlighted with a volume ceiling and a separate area for sitting, reading or unwinding.
