Creekside community near closeout, decorated model for sale
Mar 15, 2001 - Creekside, one of three luxury home communities under construction by Gallagher & Henry in Orland Park, has released for sale its last six homesites. Several of the remaining homesites back up to a protected wetland preserve, guaranteeing beautiful vistas in the backyard.
Located in the award-winning Orland Park School District, the upscale community offers 21 floor plans. These brick ranch and two-story semi-custom homes offer 1,850 to 3,463 square feet of living space and start at $221,715 and top out in the low $300s. To date, 256 families have purchased single-family homes in the exclusive community, targeted primarily to move-up, homebuyers. A meandering creek forms the southwest boundary of Creekside.

Most Gallagher & Henry homes offer a choice of three architectural elevations, which include an abundance of brick and architecturally interesting rooflines.
