Only half a dozen home sites available at Tara Hill in Darien

Apr 22, 2001 - Tara Hill, a luxury, semi-custom, single-family home community in Darien nearing the completion of its final phase of development, has only half a dozen homes remaining for sale, it was announced by Gallagher & Henry. Brick homes sitting on 1/4-acre homesites are priced from $345,695 to $505,945 (prices subject to change). When completed, Tara Hill will have 156 families whose children will be able to attend the award-winning Hinsdale South High School District.
