Pre-Construction sales begin at Long Run Creek Townhomes
May 31, 2001 - Long Run Creek Townhomes, a new community in Orland Park that offers buyers an opportunity to own a luxury, maintenance-free home for $205,425 to $218,025 has opened an on-site sales office. These ranch and two-story townhomes with full basements offer up to 2,165 square feet of living space. Pre-construction sales are being conducted from Gallagher & Henry’s Creekside community that is located next to Long Run Creek. The opening of a sales office allows buyers to take advantage of special pre-construction pricing, and review floor plans.
