Covington Knolls townhomes surpasses 50% sales point

Jun 28, 2001 - Covington Knolls Townhomes feature a spacious two-story designs that offer 1,835 to 2,165 square feet of living space and are priced from $208,150 to $219,250 for homes with a full basement. An abundance of upgrades and options are available to create a custom-like home.

One of the most popular townhomes offered at Covington Knolls is the 2,165 Ashcroft model base priced at $219,250. This spacious two-story home with full basement offers three bedrooms and a loft. The Ashcroft's first floor exhibits a formal dining room, well-equipped kitchen with hardwood cabinets, dinette and large 20' x 13.5' living room with optional fireplace. To reach the second floor, the home features a unique U-shaped staircase with oak railings. At the top of the landing are two guest bedrooms, a spacious loft and a unique master bedroom suite. The temporary townhome sales center is located on 127th Street, approximately 1/2 mile east of Lemont Road (a.k.a. State Street) or 1/2 mile west of Archer Avenue (Illinois Highway 171).
